Description

Crispy, spicy, and totally addictive — these wings are tossed in a fiery gochujang glaze that brings the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. Easy to cook in your covectoven, air fryer or convection microwave oven.

Gochujang sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat wings dry, toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oil. Rest for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Place the wings on the grill/baking tray. Do not overcrowd, do in batches if needed.

  3. If you are using the Panasonic NN-DS59 4-in-1 Convection Microwave oven, pop the tray to top shelf, select Grill 1 setting for 20 mins, flipping the wings half-way through.  Alternatively, you can do the same in a conventional oven, baking at 200 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.  Then finishing off on grill/broil for 5 minutes.

  1. For sauce, mix all ingredients in a pan and simmer 2–3 mins till smooth. If you are too lazy, mix the ingredients in a bowl until well combined (if you mind raw garlic, omit it from the sauce).

  1. Toss cooked wings in sauce, garnish with sesame and coriander, finish with lemon.
